GBCouldn't Have Been Better. This is the second time we used U-Pack. The entire staff, from customer service to drivers, is professional & polite. We took a bit longer to load due to illness & weather. No extra fees were charged. We also received a small senior or veteran's discount. Nice to be treated like a human rather than an account number.

GBDrivers are hiding something I live in a guarded community that requires all drivers to show their state-issued ID at the gate when entering. I told them when I booked the container that someone would need to show their ID at the gate, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. The U-Pack/ABF driver refused to show his ID and became verbally aggressive with the private security company, so I am forced to rearrange my cross-country move. This will cost me another $1,000 because now I will need a hotel for a week. The U-Pack/ABF dispatcher also called me when the driver arrived. He immediately began yelling at me about the private security company of whom I have no affiliation with and no control over. These people have been rude and unprofessional with both myself as well as the security company at my community. Go with PODS. U-Pack has proven to be sketchy. I don't know what their drivers are hiding but they have cost me quite a bit extra now. When I attempted to reason with them, they had no reasoning. The three people I talked to were rude and unprofessional, and utterly unwilling to offer any sort of compromise. I also emailed them as per their comment below and they never replied.

GBThis is a terrible moving company!! This is a terrible moving company!!! They present themselves as professionals who include damage insurance should any of your belongings be broken. In reality, they do not take responsibility for their own drivers and any damage they cause. My driver apparently ran off of the highway which caused my “entire” 26 foot load of personal items to be damaged. Many breakable things were destroyed beyond all repair. U-Pack refused to take responsibility because their driver failed to report the accident. I would highly recommend NOT using U-Pack to transport anything you care about!

GBBad bad bad customer service, DO NOT use Zero customer service, the company genuinely doesn't care about their customer. Destroyed my stuff and didn't even get an apology from the company, let alone any compensation. The lady who answered my phone call was rude, cold, and not helpful at all, as if she doesn't care at all. Please stay away from this company. Use U-haul or some other companies, regretted choosing Upack.

GBWe used a U-Pack trailer to move from California to Missouri We used a U-Pack trailer. The drop offs and pick ups were on time, the equipment was clean, everyone was courteous and professional, and there was no upsale for insurance (we did verify coverage through our insurer). We used the entire trailer, and the cost they quoted was on the penny and $1200 less than a six foot smaller truck from a well known moving company -- plus no charges for fuel and hotels and no wear and tear on us. We would absolutely use them again!
