GBCiera Humphrey, at the front desk, was SO helpful!! Ciera Humphrey at the desk was excellent in assisting me during the move out process. She worked quickly and efficiently when providing me with the paperwork to fill out in order to move out of my unit. She was very clear and articulate on the terms of the move out and the refund process. The best service I could have received during this process. I would recommend anyone to use Self Storage 1 in the future, especially with Ciera running the desk.

GBI would say it’s an okay experience I would say it’s an okay experience. I didn’t get my original 50 percent discount for the first three months since booking online and had to call and let them know I was charged full price which thankfully I had enough funds in account to take care of. One of the garage doors was broken for move in and a number of people were moving in at same time which became chaotic.
