GBBilling For whatever reason, this company cannot issue monthly invoices anymore. In February, I requested the invoices for December 2021 & January 2022. I received 20 emails, which all had an invoice for October. When I asked them again to send the correct invoices. They had no reply. Now I need the invoices for February & March 2022!

GBGood Location I have used this facility two different times. The most recent time, I only was supposed to use it for 6-9 months and then life happened and it was 3 years later! Staff is helpful. Location is good because there is little traffic in front of the loading bays, as well as enough parking in front if the bays are occupied. I liked having off-hours that I could go in the facility. Easy to pay with online portal and recurring payments.

GBCiera Humphrey, at the front desk, was SO helpful!! Ciera Humphrey at the desk was excellent in assisting me during the move out process. She worked quickly and efficiently when providing me with the paperwork to fill out in order to move out of my unit. She was very clear and articulate on the terms of the move out and the refund process. The best service I could have received during this process. I would recommend anyone to use Self Storage 1 in the future, especially with Ciera running the desk.

GBHighly recommend SelfStorage 1 - Lincoln Park Everything from finding and securing a unit (including setting up billing and insurance), to actual storage during the summer, (it was for our college student while she was home here in CO for the summer), to move-out day, the final check-out, went so smoothly and seamlessly. The front desk staff members are FANTASTIC - professional, friendly, efficient - keep up the great work! Should we need to store things again, we'll be back. A couple more things: The security and climate controlled environment are/were also excellent.

GBGood price for the short term need that… Good price for the short term need that I had. Communication is opportunity for this place. I waited an hour because office representative was helping other client but no sign or so visible. Other issue was elevator malfunction. Received an email for day one, but then silence for next few days without message on website. I called and spoke with people outside of Chicago who weren’t knowledgeable about the issue, so I made the trip to the storage for no reason. Office lady in 2001 N. Easton was super helpful, knowledgeable and nice, big plus for the company!
