She kept me apprised on pick up timing. The desk was picked up on time, shipped in the time expected and arrived extremely well wrapped and unmarked. My highest praise to the whole organization.

Ship Smart made what we thought would… Ship Smart made what we thought would be a complicated shipping process so very easy. From my first contact, they have been professional, helpful and patient with us. Everyone we have worked with is wonderful. I will definitely use them again for any type of shipping needs.

Make sure you get insurance. I'll be honest...this wasn't the best experience for us. We hired Ship Smart to move my daughter from Texas to Ohio. While the people were all very nice, the crew that packed up her belongings in Dallas were not terribly careful and several things were damaged. That said, customer service has been very responsive and very helpful in rectifying the situation.

PA to CA Moved from PA to CA last year and had the pleasure of having Ship smart handle my move of 24 plastic containers and a peloton bike. The pick up with smooth and the turnaround time was quick! The Ship Smart representatives were all friendly and professional. Considering this move was across country I found it quite affordable. I will definitely use this company again and I highly encourage anyone moving to as well.

Service excellence Your company is amazing! From my very first interaction on the phone with your service rep the awesome experience began. Fast, efficient, friendly, seamless service. Had to move my senior parents from NY to my home in VA and arrangements needed to be made during a one week visit to help my mom care for my dad who had a serious fall. I was put in contact with your company, boxes picked up, all within the same week of my visit. The excellent service experience continued when I was contacted to arrange for my boxes to be delivered to their new home. The delivery staff were all great!!!
