Disappointed Very disappointed with every aspect of experience. They were responsive to email questions, but did not take ownership of any issues. It was a constant bait and switch. From a price hike after taking my items into possession (provided a very detailed list to get a quote) to delivering items broken (that apparently the insurance they sold me did not cover). I would avoid using them if at all possible.

Pompt & helpful; smaller shipment, great fit All of your customer service folks were prompt and helpful as my antiques traveled from our home in AZ to my nephew's new home in Wisconsin. Everything was well wrapped and arrived together & undamaged. They followed up with him as it arrived and I was always kept in the 'loop.' You were referred to us by a large moving company for whom my shipment was too small.

Service excellence Your company is amazing! From my very first interaction on the phone with your service rep the awesome experience began. Fast, efficient, friendly, seamless service. Had to move my senior parents from NY to my home in VA and arrangements needed to be made during a one week visit to help my mom care for my dad who had a serious fall. I was put in contact with your company, boxes picked up, all within the same week of my visit. The excellent service experience continued when I was contacted to arrange for my boxes to be delivered to their new home. The delivery staff were all great!!! I cannot thank your company enough for making a stressful situation very easy. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart. What you do day in and day out is so very much appreciated.

Ship Smart made what we thought would… Ship Smart made what we thought would be a complicated shipping process so very easy. From my first contact, they have been professional, helpful and patient with us. Everyone we have worked with is wonderful. I will definitely use them again for any type of shipping needs.

Worst shipping experience ever!! Worst shipping experience ever!!! DO NOT USE!! All boxes were crushed, all furniture was broken, family heirlooms were destroyed. Ship Smart was not interested in helping to resolve this and just told us to file with insurance. No apologies or effort to make this right. They did not ship as advertised. I highly recommend using ANY other company if you value your stuff and time.
