GBNO GOOD !!! Well I purchased my hair I April , I just installed on the 31st of may today is now the 9th of June and I'm ready to take it out. The hair is looking nappy already , the ends are dry and brittle and when I got it installed and curled the hair was literally burning in the flat irons and it doesn't hold curls , so I will not purchase any hair from you all again I should have known when it came in packs like the synthetic hair does.

GBPoor quality and horrible customer service This business has a clear order cancellation policy outlined on there site and the only way I could get them to go by THEIR policy was threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Need to talk with a representative? Good luck! I emailed them twice with no response, called them numerous times to be told that nobody could answer my call, and finally got ahold of someone through their "live chat" link. What is worse than their customer service? Their products! After 4 days of no response, I got feed-up and just asked for the extensions I'd order. I've gotten a set from both Luxy and Dirty Looks, and realized they were without a doubt worth the extra $20-30 dollars. Receiving this business's poor quality extensions made my headache 10 times worse. At least 35% of the hair immediately came out when I first received and combed them. It was awful.

GBLow quality product - they will not provide me return details I purchased flip in hair extension - it has arrived with very poor quality of hair and product. I want to return it for a refund which is simple ? No - I keep getting chased with emails about Exchange, what is wrong with the product, why don't you like the product which is delaying my refund. After a week of trying I have not been provide with any return address and want to charge 30% restock fee. China based company. Avoid.

GBBLAK HAIR MIXED IN WITH PLATINUM BLOND Bought platinum Blond Lots of Black hairs mixed in.POORLY COLOR TREATED!!! Dry on Ends Halo style with an overly large non elastic band which would NEVER STAY ON HEAD!!. Wanted to send back still dealing with them and Paypal disputing as I requested a pre-paid shipping label. It costs $125 to ship back to China with tracking!!!!! ALMOST THE PRICE i PAID AND THEY ONLY REFUND 70% BACK. HORRIBLE HAIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

GBAmazing customer service I accidentally placed my order three times which would have totaled to about £800...instead of just sending out the order which would have been hell for me to send back Lillian messaged me to double check that I meant to...which i obviously didn't! She cancelled the other two orders and advised me the money would be back in my account in a reasonable time! THANK YOU LILLIAN xxxx
