Poor quality and horrible customer service This business has a clear order cancellation policy outlined on there site and the only way I could get them to go by THEIR policy was threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Need to talk with a representative? Good luck! I emailed them twice with no response, called them numerous times to be told that nobody could answer my call, and finally got ahold of someone through their "live chat" link. What is worse than their customer service? Their products! After 4 days of no response, I got feed-up and just asked for the extensions I'd order. I've gotten a set from both Luxy and Dirty Looks, and realized they were without a doubt worth the extra $20-30 dollars. Receiving this business's poor quality extensions made my headache 10 times worse. At least 35% of the hair immediately came out when I first received and combed them. It was awful.

I would give a below 0 rating if… I would give a below 0 rating if possible. Ordered on 12/18/19 and STILL don't have tracking information. They WILL NOT respond to any live chats. emails or phone calls. BEWARE of this company.

I wish I would’ve looked up independent reviews on this company before buying my micro loop extensions. I emailed them asking when they would ship them because it already been a week and they said they would ship it in two days after three days I emailed them back never heard back from them, don’t be like us don’t order from this website

Amazing These extensions are amazing. I have purchased much more expensive extensions at a beauty supply store and they don't even compare to these. They are extremely soft and the light brown has great highlights in them and it matched my exact hair color. These are light and extremely comfortable. I will definitely be purchasing more. I also got the little one clip highlight extensions. So far I love everything and will definitely not be buying anything else from anywhere else.

Dry on Ends Halo style with an overly large non elastic band which would NEVER STAY ON HEAD!!. Wanted to send back still dealing with them and Paypal disputing as I requested a pre-paid shipping label. It costs $125 to ship back to China with tracking!!!!! ALMOST THE PRICE i PAID AND THEY ONLY REFUND 70% BACK. HORRIBLE HAIR PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
