GBNo information regarding the package. I haven't recieved a conformation email saying my order was placed.. I received an email saying that my payment wasn't successful after I paid for it and got an order number. The number they have on the website doesn't work, every time I call it doesn't even ring. I can't sign in to my account. They send you a password and when I put the password in they told me that it was wrong. I know money was taken out of my account and I want a full refund or the hair that I ordered. I ordered it Monday and asked for express shipping and still haven't heard anything about the package being shipped out or anything.

GBPoor quality and horrible customer service This business has a clear order cancellation policy outlined on there site and the only way I could get them to go by THEIR policy was threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Need to talk with a representative? Good luck! I emailed them twice with no response, called them numerous times to be told that nobody could answer my call, and finally got ahold of someone through their "live chat" link. What is worse than their customer service? Their products! After 4 days of no response, I got feed-up and just asked for the extensions I'd order. I've gotten a set from both Luxy and Dirty Looks, and realized they were without a doubt worth the extra $20-30 dollars. Receiving this business's poor quality extensions made my headache 10 times worse. At least 35% of the hair immediately came out when I first received and combed them. It was awful.

GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They have terrible customer service and return policy. My bank stopped payment until I approved the transaction because they aren't credible, I should've saw this coming. Once I received the order it was the wrong color. You need to know there is a BS 30% restocking fee subtracted from your refund ALSO they are trying to take shipping costs from my refund that I already paid for. 4 weeks later, we are still emailing back and forth disputing the actual total of my refund even though I sent them proof and still no refund. SCAM ARTISTS.

GBDo Not Buy from this … Do Not Buy from this company..........When I ordered the email I received said I would be sent an email confirming dispatch. I received nothing. It has taken over 3 weeks and when they packet arrived it was a small letter size envelope with chinese writing on stating Human hair. I opened it and I had ordered wavy hair and what arrived was straight very wispy hair. I have tried clipping it in and because it is so thin you can see the difference between my natural hair and the extensions. Such a waste of money. I wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered. After reading the reviews I know I will not get my money back. There is a negative review on Youtube as well. Going straight in the bin

AUTerrible company I sent a photo of my hair colour so that they could match the hair extension they recommend a colour & I purchased that colour. When I received the hair extension the colour did not match. I returned the item & asked for an exchange as I didn't want to pathetic 30% restock fee. I posted the item & had a return to sender if undelivered. I have not received an exchange or a refund nor has my return been sent back to me. They now have my money & original hair extension that was never used & I have nothing. They refuse to send me an exchange. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN THIS WEB SITE IS A SCAM.
