GBDO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! I bought some curly hair extensions they turned up were too small so I sent them back to the return address, I then contacted them for a refund. I have not heard anything back from them since they said they would contact me 24 hours later it is now 6 days later and still nothing. This is a scam, they make their website look official but don't be drawn in!!!!

GBI would give a below 0 rating if… I would give a below 0 rating if possible. Ordered on 12/18/19 and STILL don't have tracking information. They WILL NOT respond to any live chats. emails or phone calls. BEWARE of this company.

AUTerrible company I sent a photo of my hair colour so that they could match the hair extension they recommend a colour & I purchased that colour. When I received the hair extension the colour did not match. I returned the item & asked for an exchange as I didn't want to pathetic 30% restock fee. I posted the item & had a return to sender if undelivered. I have not received an exchange or a refund nor has my return been sent back to me. They now have my money & original hair extension that was never used & I have nothing. They refuse to send me an exchange. DO NOT BE SUCKED IN THIS WEB SITE IS A SCAM.

GBNO GOOD !!! Well I purchased my hair I April , I just installed on the 31st of may today is now the 9th of June and I'm ready to take it out. The hair is looking nappy already , the ends are dry and brittle and when I got it installed and curled the hair was literally burning in the flat irons and it doesn't hold curls , so I will not purchase any hair from you all again I should have known when it came in packs like the synthetic hair does.

GBPoor quality and horrible customer service This business has a clear order cancellation policy outlined on there site and the only way I could get them to go by THEIR policy was threatening to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Need to talk with a representative? Good luck! I emailed them twice with no response, called them numerous times to be told that nobody could answer my call, and finally got ahold of someone through their "live chat" link. What is worse than their customer service? Their products! After 4 days of no response, I got feed-up and just asked for the extensions I'd order. I've gotten a set from both Luxy and Dirty Looks, and realized they were without a doubt worth the extra $20-30 dollars. Receiving this business's poor quality extensions made my headache 10 times worse. At least 35% of the hair immediately came out when I first received and combed them. It was awful.
