GBHSBC/First direct Bad company to work… HSBC/First direct Bad company to work for! training was made to feel very uncomfortable and gave me anxiety due to 12 total assessments and your made to put your scores in a group chat so everyone can see what you got. Referencing/vetting is a joke you speak to 5 or 6 different people in recruitment sending over multiple peace’s of personal information and they ask for more and more want every part of your life for 10 years even when they have given you the job and have started already. Worse company I have ever worked at don’t believe a word that they say in training it’s all for show.

AUSweatshop call-farm being used for… Sweatshop call-farm being used for cheap support by major corporations. Totally toxic, apathetic, and running afoul of local laws. They are so far off the mark of genuine effort I couldnt even give them constructive feedback - that requires a person who cares.

GBThey may be a "legitimate" company in… They may be a "legitimate" company in the sense that they are not outwardly trying to scam people, but it boils down to that essentially. They make egregious errors on billing and then completely ghost you afterwards.

EGIncompetent Management Contracting with Scamming Providers - Opportunities are given based on favouritism rather than efficiency and actual competency. - No room for innovation: I proposed a few ideas to address and resolve multiple challenges being faced on an operational level. After many great thanks, they were all ignored and archived, and the challenges remained the same. - Scamming Service Providers: I had a heart attack on my 3rd day of employment, and the medical insurance provider refused to cover my medical expenses on the basis of never-communicated policies. I have been escalating the case internally for almost a year now across all escalation levels and the company kept on repeating the same excuses of not adhering to the never-communicated policies. I was offered an "exceptional compromise" to process 30k out of a 78k claim. I rejected this "exception" because I didn't violate a single policy communicated by either the company or the scamming provider. I was even threatened by the local management with severe consequences if I decided to share this experience publically and on Glassdoor specifically, which is one of many reasons why I'm sharing it. The whole case (in detail) has been documented in an email thread that I uploaded and published on my own Google Drive, but this platform does not allow sharing a link to the email thread in my review.

DKThey treat employees like cattle, especially immigrants They will allow Nordic born people to have a separate holiday AND a separate set of paid time with their parents. They denied my request to travel from Copenhagen to Helsinki when my mom was in the hospital but then two weeks later, they allowed a Norwegian Swede whatever to travel to a Swedish forest and party with her parents. Company auditors will also accept that ethnic women with a condition are verbally assaulted. They chose to fire me after 5 years the same day I told them that some of my organs might need medical attention. My journey with them included a long period of 15+ hours of work and talks about career opportunities. My boss then went and credited a Nordic person with not just my work, everyone elses too. They will also deem the question “Can we have a Palestinian cause to vote for in the Christmas donation competition” as antisemitic and will give a written warning if you ask.
