Their Customer Support reps are stupid and do not understand anything. I'm chatting with Sobhana K and all of a sudden she just left the chat. Horrible!

Great Tool & Great Account Managers We have had two amazing Account Managers, Randi & Wes, who have helped us with strategies, goals we want to accomplish, and support. The platform has been very easy to use with the help of our Account Managers. The shortage of our company staff to use all the tools of the platform would be the only negative. We are getting new leads, that we are wanting to accomplish, and our average order value has gone up.

My first thought was adroll Adroll does a great job getting our name out there. We used to have a rep (Traci) that would call me every 2-3 weeks, and review how it's going, make suggestions, and helping develop strategies. We were transferred to a new rep, whom we've heard from, I think twice in over a year? I like the service, just disappointed there isn't more assistance.

She has been giving me the support I need to better utalise ads and no question is off limits, as someone who has just started in ads this is incredible.
