When I first began onboarding When I first began onboarding, a bug in the welcome screen prevented me from using AdRoll (reproducible on both Chrome and Firefox). There was no way to cancel the account from this screen. 4 weeks later, I received a £60 charge and no refund offer despite never having used the product. Needless to say, it's one of the most poorly handled onboarding experiences I've encountered and has put me off additional investment. Doing further research on AdRoll, I see this is a common problem. I've been recommended Criteo and ReTargeter as alternatives.

My first thought was adroll Adroll does a great job getting our name out there. We used to have a rep (Traci) that would call me every 2-3 weeks, and review how it's going, make suggestions, and helping develop strategies. We were transferred to a new rep, whom we've heard from, I think twice in over a year? I like the service, just disappointed there isn't more assistance.

Great Tool & Great Account Managers We have had two amazing Account Managers, Randi & Wes, who have helped us with strategies, goals we want to accomplish, and support. The platform has been very easy to use with the help of our Account Managers. The shortage of our company staff to use all the tools of the platform would be the only negative. We are getting new leads, that we are wanting to accomplish, and our average order value has gone up.

AVOID THESE SCAMMERS These guys are amateurs. Classic case of the “woke” generation who ban or disprove ads for small businesses that sell legitimate legal products that are available on high street shops. But because it doesn’t fit in their rhetoric they ban and suspend ads but they’re happy to steal money. Please avoid these scam artists. The 5 star reviews on here all fake too, not one has been verified, they’re all fake and done by staff of this scam site. Be careful please.
