I opened a brand new store with June 2017 online revenue of a mere $530, Adroll lied with a June report of $11,845 of Attributed Revenue from the $280 ad expense!!! BWAHAHAHAA adroll is a farce. AVOID Adroll.

Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. I waste 3 days to setup account, campaign, ads, they even require me to setup my CC details and only after that suspend my ads and campaign, coz we are Law firm. Are you kidding me? There are a lot of Law firms, who have account with Adroll. Few words about customer service: no phone communication, email and chat (just basic answers), sometimes response time is >48 hours. Waste of my time :-(
