Very bad customer service Very bad customer service. I waste 3 days to setup account, campaign, ads, they even require me to setup my CC details and only after that suspend my ads and campaign, coz we are Law firm. Are you kidding me? There are a lot of Law firms, who have account with Adroll. Few words about customer service: no phone communication, email and chat (just basic answers), sometimes response time is >48 hours. Waste of my time :-(

Promo credit cannot be used They offer you a credit that you can not use without being charged hundreds of euros. Take care when using this platform as you can be surprised with big charges in your account.
