GBTerrific customer service. I got great prices on several pieces of outerwear for my horse for next year at the end of season Warehouse Sale. My orders were packed securely, shipped promptly (with notice to me that they were going out), and were received within 2-3 days of ordering. I will definitely order from this company's website again. 100% satisfied.

GBHorribly Slow Processing Time Great price, but horribly slow processing time waiting for my order to ship. I ordered my boots on the 3rd, and didn't receive them until the 24th. I was given a tracking number when they shipped, and did receive them in 2 days. However, I was not notified of how long it would take before my order shipped. I am pleased with the response time of their customer service and prices. However, I would have rather paid more and gotten my order within 2 days from Amazon Prime.

GBParadise Farm & Tack Paradise Farm & Tack, has a good selection of products and some good deals. I love the rewards program. The only issue I've had with them is their lack of communication when orders are back ordered or delayed and for me it's a pretty big issue. I do not feel I should have to call every time I order to find out that my orders have been delayed. However, I was pleased to get a response to my email, personally inquiring as to ideas I felt could help to smooth this issue out. To me that shows they DO want to resolve the issue and actually do want my business. Other than that 1 issue it's a good company.

GBVery helpful and friendly Very helpful and friendly. Decent variety, but odd sizes probably will have to be ordered. They've scaled back their Brick and mortar store.
