GBI would have given 5 stars except they … I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it. When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size. I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.
