GBShipping Issues For some reason when I made my order, the Wearhouse never shipped it. When I called a week and a half later the customer service said she would take care of it. She did and they arrived about a week later, finally. I'm Not sure what the disconnect was, but it was slightly frustrating. It would have been nice if they had shipped them more quickly than ground after the mistake.... The boots I ordered are perfect and I am quite happy with them though.

GBI would have given 5 stars except they … I would have given 5 stars except they sent me a navy blue coat instead of the black I ordered without explanation that even though offered the coat in black when I ordered it. When I called to confirm the mix-up, they had no more black in my size. I love the coat and it was on sale, so I will keep it, but I would have appreciated a note or email explaining the circumstances.

Top notch customer service, pricing that beats some of the big box online stores and you're supporting local business that WILL be there when you need something emergently and can't wait for the UPS truck.
