GBTechless Is Great!!! Techless, is such an amazing company. I absolutley love my Wisephone, and my family and I are living a better life! It's a feeling of freedom that you just can't understand with a smartphone. It forces you out of your comfort zone, to actually talk to people lol! If you don't have one, get one. I have made so many memories with Wisephone. It was a couple days after Christmas, I had just got my new Wisephone. Me and my friends were going riding the next morning at 5am. We all set our alarms, and at five o'clock we wake up to my new alarm dying laughing. It's still a running joke to this day! I am experiencing a more challenging, life of freedom and memories. It's not as efficient as a smartphone. But it works, and you live better! I fully recommend using Techless. One more thing, I have seen a lot of hate towards this company...GIVE THEM A BREAK! For crying out loud they just started not too long ago. Apple didn't start off with the iphone 14, they had to work their way up. Keep doing what you're doing Techless, love this company and the phone. God bless!!

GBFunctionally, so-so / Concept, wonderful! Functionally, the Wisephone can be glitchy at times and I wish there we more options as far as settings on the phone (i.e. I wish I could have sound on for notifications, but turn off sound for navigating within the phone--right now its all or nothing for sound). A couple other things are that the keyboard calabor isn't nearly as precise as the iPhone and I find myself making alot more typos. The main issue I have though is the size. I really wish this phone was smaller (like some of the older iPhones). I prefer the flip phone in that it's smaller (I forget about it more, which I want, plus it can fit in any pocket). As far as the Wisephone concept goes, The Wisephone is a wonderful tool that's helped me live more freely. One of the first things I noticed after making the switch was that I did more purposeful activities to fill my day. I'm finding myself taking the time to prepare and cook yummy meals from scratch most days, reading more books in the last year than I have since I was a kid, spending my bits of down time tidying the house or taking a real breather rather than scrolling my phone. It's been wonderful slowing down and simplifying my life--it's crazy how big a difference not having a smart-phone makes! Thank you Techless!

GBI got a Wisephone for my teenage daughter and myself I bought a Wisephone from Techless for my teenage daughter. I think it was one of the best decisions I made as a parent as it helps keep her from spending countless hours staring at her phone. She has had it for 9 months and has been very happy with the device. This phone may not be for everyone but if you are looking to keep your children or yourself off the phone it is a great concept. Given my daughter's experience, I decided to practice what I preach and I traded my phone in for a Wisephone about 6 months ago. I have been happy as it has helped me limit my own time staring at screens. I read more; I interact with my family more at home. I did have one issue with my phone recently and needed to reach out to Techless custom support. Cami and Kyle were incredibly responsive and extremely prompt in their responses. They tirelessly worked to resolve my situation. I am very grateful for them and Techless. If you like the Wisephone concept, I would highly recommend them.

GBI really want to love this phone! I really want to love this phone!! However, there are so many little inconveniences that they should have worked out which would not detract from the phone simplicity such as....tiny font with no way to make bigger, no phone number when pulling up a destination on maps, can't forward a pic; no favorites in contacts..touch screen flickers or cuts out...seems glitchy....these are minor annoyances and I wish that they would fix. I am giving them 3 more months then I'll have to find an alternative;.

GBMy phone came with a wrong charger My phone came with a wrong charger. I decided to return the phone. Techless website only provides a link to a customer support's e-mail. There are no instructions on returns and refunds. I sent an e-mail and received an answer very quick with an offer to send me a new charger. I have declined and wanted to return this device as soon as possible. The customer service representative stopped responding. I called, no one picked up. This is beyond frustrating experience. I would not trust this company. Sticking with my I-Pnone. At least I get good customer service with Apple.
