Wisephone and techless customer service. I bought a Wisephone from Techless. I received the phone with no issues. It's a good phone that meets a specific and tailored need that I had. I like the phone. I'm happy with the phone. It is a nice looking phone. The phone is a Motorola E 2020 with Wise OS installed. The Wisephone is a minimalist smartphone that looks and feels like a smartphone but is meant only for talking and texting and doesn't have a browser or install apps from Google Play or any other play store. Why would I want a smartphone that doesn't have a browser or use apps? Because i'm trying to live more of a distracted free life free of social media and spending all day every day messing around on my phone with apps. Like many people I've gotten into the habit of constantly checking my various social media apps for notifications and constantly checking my emails for notifications and spending too much time on Youtube. This is one of the few smartphones that makes it easy to quit all of that stuff. The Wise OS operating system that is installed on the Wisephone is a very nice looking elegant minimalist operating system. I researched minimalist smartphones and the Wisephone is the best looking minimalist smartphone that I can find online that is sold anywhere online. The Wisephone looks better than it's competitors. The Techless customer support staff respond to emails very quickly and give 5 star customer support.

Be cautious, yet patient... Be cautious, yet patient... Initial review...2/24/23 According to AT&T in my area the company says they (do not carry any 4G SIMS), Verizon (said they may be able to find a 4G SIM, but not sure if it will work), and our local provider (not a supported carrier, but had to try) will not work, all say that they do not have 4G LTE SIM Cards or do not partner with techless. As for the most common error message..."No SIM" message comes on after being in the device for a moment. One of the Verizon reps said the device is international and unable to work. I realize that Techless says they partner/receive support from multiple known carriers, but in my case and at the moment 3 available carriers are unable to do anything with the phone. Let's see what they say about my request to return and receive a refund. Update...3/4/23 After discussion with the very helpful Techless Customer Support team. The issue with the "No Sim" message has been eaaily fixed and the phone works great. Thank you to the Techless team for your patience and working with us.

I got a Wisephone for my teenage daughter and myself I bought a Wisephone from Techless for my teenage daughter. I think it was one of the best decisions I made as a parent as it helps keep her from spending countless hours staring at her phone. She has had it for 9 months and has been very happy with the device. This phone may not be for everyone but if you are looking to keep your children or yourself off the phone it is a great concept. Given my daughter's experience, I decided to practice what I preach and I traded my phone in for a Wisephone about 6 months ago. I have been happy as it has helped me limit my own time staring at screens. I read more; I interact with my family more at home. I did have one issue with my phone recently and needed to reach out to Techless custom support. Cami and Kyle were incredibly responsive and extremely prompt in their responses. They tirelessly worked to resolve my situation. I am very grateful for them and Techless. If you like the Wisephone concept, I would highly recommend them.

My phone came with a wrong charger My phone came with a wrong charger. I decided to return the phone. Techless website only provides a link to a customer support's e-mail. There are no instructions on returns and refunds. I sent an e-mail and received an answer very quick with an offer to send me a new charger. I have declined and wanted to return this device as soon as possible. The customer service representative stopped responding. I called, no one picked up. This is beyond frustrating experience. I would not trust this company. Sticking with my I-Pnone. At least I get good customer service with Apple.

great customer service great customer service. answered all my questions and helped me work through some tech processes. Helped with creating solutions to the problems i was having.
