GBBack to the Basics with Exceptional Customer Support Let me just start off by saying that Techless is a great company! From their mission to their customer support, they are intentional, thoughtful, and care about their customers. I bought the Wisephone 1 in 2022 when I needed to decrease my screen time, phone notification anxiety, and addiction to always being on it, and I can definitely say it has exceeded those expectations! I'm not distracted by phone, I no longer feel that phantom "buzz" in my pocket of a possible notification, and my focus on other things has increased 10 fold without needing to scroll on social media or play games when I "have" the time. So why 4 stars instead of 5? Well, just like any newer company, they are continuing to build great tools that align with their mission and values, but at times run into bugs and errors. I have had to get used to the fact that a Wisephone is not an iPhone, what I used to have, meaning its not nearly as smooth functioning with everything we expect a smart phone to have. However, the most basic needs of a phone are met exceedingly well and they continue to improve monthly and add new tools to enhance their users experience. For example, they make this phone feel like a Smart phone with its style and overall functions, but without all the notifications and anxiety that a typical smart phone has. A few examples of the minor differences from an iPhone is that the screen refresh is not as smooth, button clicks are a little more picky about where you tap your finger, and accepting calls while already being on the line can sometimes drop both calls (I'm told they are working on this). Despite these differences in performance from what we consider to be normal to Smart Phones, I have kept my Wise Phone because it still delivers on that number one goal of reducing my phone time and anxieties and increasing my focus and productivity ten fold. As Wisephone continues developing, they continue to release app updates almost monthly and OS updates regularly which has allowed me to appreciate their focus on improving quality. In addition to quality, they have exceptional customer support! For example, I recently had a more serious, and unique bug on my phone - which was the first in 2 years - where my contact names and messages didn't sync correctly. The support team worked around the clock, updating me by the hour at times on what they were doing to fix the problem. I felt supported, valued, and communicated with as they followed up, and in the end the bug was fixed. I hope this detailed review can give you the confidence you need to know that investing in Techless is worth your time and more than worth the sacrifice it may take to do away with the conveniences we are all used to with the normal Smart Phones of today. I for one appreciate getting back the basics of what a phone should be.

GBAmazing Customer Service Their customer service team is stellar! I reached out asking about whether I could side load some medical apps I need for my daily life and my contact Kyle was amazing. He was very human, compassionate and empathetic, as well as very open and informative about where the company is right now about my issue and what things they are considering in the future. They may or may not ever get to side loaded health apps, but they have won a convert from me for their creative and very needed concept as well as for their flawlessly executed customer care. I'll be looking to join the WisePhone family when the new version comes out for my teens and hoping there may be a way for me to join in the future too!

GBI got a Wisephone for my teenage daughter and myself I bought a Wisephone from Techless for my teenage daughter. I think it was one of the best decisions I made as a parent as it helps keep her from spending countless hours staring at her phone. She has had it for 9 months and has been very happy with the device. This phone may not be for everyone but if you are looking to keep your children or yourself off the phone it is a great concept. Given my daughter's experience, I decided to practice what I preach and I traded my phone in for a Wisephone about 6 months ago. I have been happy as it has helped me limit my own time staring at screens. I read more; I interact with my family more at home. I did have one issue with my phone recently and needed to reach out to Techless custom support. Cami and Kyle were incredibly responsive and extremely prompt in their responses. They tirelessly worked to resolve my situation. I am very grateful for them and Techless. If you like the Wisephone concept, I would highly recommend them.

GBSimply happy. What a great company. I am a happy Wisephone user for over a year now and my experience with support has been great. Wisephone has had its share of bugs, but the team has been doing a good job of keeping those updates coming. I am so happy with the simplicity and functionality of this phone. It has helped me in a big way to create better digital habits. It might not be for everyone, but I would definitely recommend to a least give it a try if you're looking for simplicity in relating to technology.

GBThe Wisephone Transformed My Life The Wisephone has really transformed my life. I am more focused on work, life and I have less stress. The tech team at Techless has worked very hard to continue to improve the phone with more updates, revisions and features. If you are looking to not be a slave to technology and a smart phone this is a great product for you. I told my friend about it and he purchased one too. His wife is very pleased that he can be more present and active in the marriage relationship. I have also been able to connect more with people and I am more intentional too. Thank you Techless.
