GBI ordered an envelope feeder on Dec 5 … I ordered an envelope feeder on Dec 5 and have yet to receive, however my credit card was charged in my December billing cycle. I've made multiple attempts to contact the company via email, telephone and I've even tweeted them as of today and haven't received a response. The Contact Us options on the site don't appear to be functioning either. I'm almost at my wits end with my only recourse at this point is to dispute the charge --- very frustrated! Update -- after writing this message I was contacted by a representative from rjl who is attempting to rectify my situation.

GBGreat purchasing experience but communication seems poor I ordered 2 printers 7 days ago and have not received a shipping notification. Unlike other online retail operations, I feel in the dark about my order. Not purchasing with this company before, and never heard about them before, I'm beginning to be skeptical about my buying experience. Even when I order items from China, I at least get a notification that the order is processing. I hope this company proves me wrong. The only corispondance I've received was a link to this survey, so as they asked; I'm leaving a review. I'm not happy that my item hasn't shipped in 7 days and I'm not happy with zero communication about my order. The buying experience was pleasant though.

GBUpdated Review - Waiting for order to arrive. I placed an online order #2519 on January 1st. Had some issues, but with Richard Logis' help, we should be receiving our order soon. Richard was very helpful with explaining the issues that occurred with my order. He will handle the order himself to be sure there are no other problems. We will watch for order to arrive. He is a very nice man. Thank you Richard. (I will update this review upon conclusion of order.)

GBI bought a laptop from RJL on … I bought a laptop from RJL on 3.28.2017. Waited too long to have it shipped, so I called to cancel. The person on the phone said that they don't ship to residential addresses and that my order hadn't even been processed. In addition, my order had been flagged for fraud which it was not. If it was "flagged for fraud" why was I not informed and why was my order not immediately canceled and the money immediately returned? Also, I have no idea why it was "flagged for fraud". I hope that if a person actually DOES use a fraudulent card, that the company has the audacity to actually contact the CC or banking company to inform the CC holder. Never will do business again and highly discourage anyone else from using RJL.

GBRerquesting accolades is all I've heard since placing my order ... Umm, have you shipped the items that I ordered? Did you combine them to reduce the shipping cost? I could share an experience if I had one to share. I am completely in the dark. Have you processed my order? Has it shipped? Is there a tracking number? Now, you're making me nervous ... -Robert
