Don't waste your time. Ordered an item from their site indicated several hundred were in stock. Receive an email the next day that says. Unfortunately we are unable to fulfill the order. We have canceled the order, and your credit card was not charged. Please feel free to follow up with us anytime in the future for anything else you need. Thank you! RJL Technology Integration I try again, same thing, so I ask why, no response. Another reseller had it and shipped it promptly. That is why this is one of those sights full of vaporware. REPLY: An honest answer, rather that a vague answer is always better. Removing the item from your website would have prevented us from having this discussion or noting the products status. Great to work with! Intially we were just looking for some rf terminals to replace the existing ones that we have in our warehouse and the problem was that we needed more than just the RF terminals. The workflow was too complicated. Val helped scope out the project and introduced us to a simple off the shelf software that with minor tweeking worked perfectly with our older mainframe system. We now regularly use RJL for anything barcode related.

I bought a laptop from RJL on … I bought a laptop from RJL on 3.28.2017. Waited too long to have it shipped, so I called to cancel. The person on the phone said that they don't ship to residential addresses and that my order hadn't even been processed. In addition, my order had been flagged for fraud which it was not. If it was "flagged for fraud" why was I not informed and why was my order not immediately canceled and the money immediately returned? Also, I have no idea why it was "flagged for fraud". I hope that if a person actually DOES use a fraudulent card, that the company has the audacity to actually contact the CC or banking company to inform the CC holder. Never will do business again and highly discourage anyone else from using RJL.
