Double Wear gel eye pencils rubbish My daughter bought me 2 Double Wear gel eye pencils as a present. They break every time I try to sharpen them - I have bought an Este Lauder sharpener. I still can’t sharpen them - the gel just disintegrates. My other eye pencils sharpen no problem. I can’t find any customer services to use. I will never buy Ester Lauder if I get no response from this as I have spent hours trying to sort the problem of these expensive pencils.

Only order if you can get signature delivery Product not delivered to my house. Contacted Estee Lauder to be told it's no longer there problem once it's picked up by the carrier. They have zero fault. Go up your neighbors or contact the carrier. Now to find new product as I refuse to give money to a company who doesn't back there product being delivered. 2md and last time ordering online.

I had a wonderful experience with Estee… I had a wonderful experience with Estee Lauder , from begining to end . I received a discount code by Email , I went on the website was so easy to use , ordered products for myself and my daughter , received my discount and on top received some wonderful free samples that I cant wait to try. The postage was free and super fast and even arrived on a Saturday ! Great experience , will def use the website again and purchase from it . The service I received was all round fantastic thank you so much 🥰🥰

I was absolutely stunned to receive a… I was absolutely stunned to receive a free gift that I wasn’t entitled to today. I thought I was eligible to receive a gift with purchase but when I rang to enquire why I hadn’t, I realized that the offer only applied to full price items. My mistake. The excellent customer services lady sent me a fab gift anyway! Lots of products and just amazing service. This is the way business should be done, a rare occurrence I today’s commercial world. I have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder… I have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder website on 16th June 2023 but still I didn’t get any confirmation from Estée lauder about shipping, I contacted its customer support team several times but all in vein . I don’t know where is my product & when I will get it. Totally disappointed ☹️
