GBDo not buy this product! I recently purchased Estée Lauder’s sample of night rejuvenating serum for face and the eye cream, also the small concentrate and toner. It came packaged together as a bundle from Christmas. While this wasn’t really what I was looking for at the counter, I took it, as it was recommended to me based on the fact I have sensitive skin and was looking for a good moisturiser and a better skin regime. I started this on the Friday night, it burnt my face. It Isn’t unusual for my skin to react like this first time so I didn’t think much of it but the morning after, my eyes were swollen and my cheeks were puffy with red blotchy patches. Because I had stayed away at a hotel when I bought this product, I wasn’t sure if it was because of hotel sheets etc so I used it a second time. My symptoms got worse. My skin is now so dry and sore from forehead to chin with a red chemical burn that is rough and dry. It itches and it stings and it’s sore like a burn. I stupidly didn’t research this product like I usually do, because I’ve used other products from Estée Lauder and they were fine. This product is absolutely awful and I have read so many reviews reporting the same thing. I am concerned that with so many bad reviews, why is it still available! It clearly doesn’t suit all skin types and isn’t for everyone. My advice is to avoid at all costs as I now need to go to the GP because on day 4 my skin is so sore I can’t moisturise it enough to sooth it. Do not buy it. GBPersonalised consultation I visited Boots in Woking, Surrey , today and had excellent customer service from the consultant Patsy Gill. She has worked for Estée Lauder for so many years and I worked with her 25 years ago . She colour matched me with the perfect foundation and as well as that I bought the night repair serum . A lovely experience from a dedicated beauty consultant.

GBI was absolutely stunned to receive a… I was absolutely stunned to receive a free gift that I wasn’t entitled to today. I thought I was eligible to receive a gift with purchase but when I rang to enquire why I hadn’t, I realized that the offer only applied to full price items. My mistake. The excellent customer services lady sent me a fab gift anyway! Lots of products and just amazing service. This is the way business should be done, a rare occurrence I today’s commercial world. GBI had a wonderful experience with Estee… I had a wonderful experience with Estee Lauder , from begining to end . I received a discount code by Email , I went on the website was so easy to use , ordered products for myself and my daughter , received my discount and on top received some wonderful free samples that I cant wait to try. The postage was free and super fast and even arrived on a Saturday ! Great experience , will def use the website again and purchase from it . The service I received was all round fantastic thank you so much 🥰🥰

GBDishonest promotion If I could give zero star, I would. Went on the website and was told if I signed up to them and then entered a particular code I would get 15%off. This I duly did. I was then told I didn't qualify for the discount. I repeated the process three times to make sure I'd followed the instructions but still the same result. This is clearly totally dishonest and misleading information if not downright untrue. I am guessing the company relies on people shrugging and buying the product anyway, even without the discount. I didn't.
