I have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder… I have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder website on 16th June 2023 but still I didn’t get any confirmation from Estée lauder about shipping, I contacted its customer support team several times but all in vein . I don’t know where is my product & when I will get it. Totally disappointed ☹️

Only order if you can get signature delivery Product not delivered to my house. Contacted Estee Lauder to be told it's no longer there problem once it's picked up by the carrier. They have zero fault. Go up your neighbors or contact the carrier. Now to find new product as I refuse to give money to a company who doesn't back there product being delivered. 2md and last time ordering online.

Brand Loyalty no longer counts So, only looked as I wanted to mention my wife’s experience. I have bought numerous Xmas gifts over the years and was emailed about an offer to spend £30 to get a free gift over January. Bought a mascara which my wife’s explains is watery and does not stick. Contacted service, seemed we got through to the US team who were empathetic, apologised and offered to replace. We then realised we were in the wrong place to went to UK and the response was totally different, no empathy and you will need to return it at your own cost. Literally spent hundreds over the years, so now going to re-think as brand loyalty does not seem to count. A 1.7 overall TP score for a luxury brand is a worry - don’t be complacent Estee.

Loyalty program t&cs make it a pointless endeavour. Buy from Boots and get points. FAO: Estee Lauder I already spoke to someone before writing my review. Look at how bad your rating is and maybe, I don’t know, improve? I love the double wear foundation, but the loyalty program is a bit of a farce. Yes I should have read the terms and conditions in full, but who’d have thought you spend all that money to be granted a birthday gift, only for there to be conditions, it’s a birthday gift, if you’re going to do those things fairly it should be complimentary in addition to any pre-existing offers. Because of the ‘only one offer per order’ rubbish, I managed to jump right through ‘be enthusiastic’ to ‘be envied’ and I can’t access either full sized products because there’s an automatic 25% off. If I even could I would have to choose either/or full size offer, even though I’ve spent enough to qualify for both. It seems pointless to have loyalty programmes if it’s near impossible to qualify and to claim your gifts. I won’t be buying directly again and I genuinely wish I had bought what I needed from Boots because atleast I’d have earned points with my order. The loyalty programme lures you in but has no intentions of following through because rubbish t&c’s
