IEAbsolute disgrace of a mobile website Absolute disgrace of a mobile website. Goal: order a perfume for my wife, after she told me she loved one of their samples. Step 1, create account, step 2 add perfume in bag. Step 3 select payment method. Step 4: login on the payment website (paypal) complete order. Step 5 return to Estee Lauder page to complete order. Step 6 : repeat step 4 and step 5 ad nauseam. Give me a break, will you... for klarna payment method, you stop at step 3 and then nothing happens. Distasteful for such a big brand. Will avoid this experience and order her usual Paul Gautier instead. In your face

GBDishonest promotion If I could give zero star, I would. Went on the website and was told if I signed up to them and then entered a particular code I would get 15%off. This I duly did. I was then told I didn't qualify for the discount. I repeated the process three times to make sure I'd followed the instructions but still the same result. This is clearly totally dishonest and misleading information if not downright untrue. I am guessing the company relies on people shrugging and buying the product anyway, even without the discount. I didn't.

But the team can completely answer other questions that are not related to the information security. PLI placed an order for $100+ I placed an order for $100+, but they cancelled it without any explanation. I combined the set of beauty products and make up. Now, the black Friday is gone and I ended up with nothing. It's my first and last experience with Este Lauder. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING. DON'T RECOMMEND and will spend my money elsewhere and will make sure it's not the part of Estée Lauder family.

INI have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder… I have placed an ANR from Estée Lauder website on 16th June 2023 but still I didn’t get any confirmation from Estée lauder about shipping, I contacted its customer support team several times but all in vein . I don’t know where is my product & when I will get it. Totally disappointed ☹️
