GBDisgusting Placed an order for a bag, got email from Paypal saying transaction had gone through. Had no order confirmation, bag now sold out and I've got to wait for Paypal to release my money. Rude, unhelpful customer service who insist I never placed the order. Never again

GBGreat Experience I ordered a dress online and it was a flawless experience. My order came quick and the dress was packaged professionally so It didn't have too many wrinkles. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I brought it back to my nearest Nordstrom and was able to exchange it without any issue at all. Great experience! I'd definitely order again.

GBThe Nordstrom is a scammer The Nordstrom is a scammer. Nordstrom failed multiple times to charge my bank account for credit card payment which was very low. Bank NEVER received any payment requests from Nordstrom and Nordstrom was charging for returned fees for their failures to take money from bank account. Nordstrom is a jerky scammer to steal money from credit cards, be very careful with their credit card. You don't open it.

GBNOT your mother’s Nordstrom! What the hell Nordstrom! I just received a pair of shoes loosely thrown in a box without a shoebox. This is just one incident in a line of many. They used to take care of how they packaged shipments. It’s just been AWFUL for the past year. Didn’t mind spending a little more for quality brands because the customer service was so superior. Not anymore. Very sad.

GBBe advised ... Charge Card comes with Hidden Cost Be advised ... Nordstrom will offer an introductory savings percentage (say 10%) if you sign-up/use their card for your initial purchase and then not send you the initial bill (I was traveling so as there as no initial bill I didn't think about paying the first merchandise purchased and as stated there was no bill). Later I received a bill with interest and late charges ... unscrupulous (paid balance with unfair interest/late fee and cancelled the account). As stated be aware...
