What happened to their Customer Service? Nordstrom has been my 'go to store' for many years. But recently, their women's clothing selection is too strange for me. And the clothes that are right for me, I can't afford. I never had this issue before but I believe the buyers have changed and the majority of NON- DESIGNER clothes are just-ugly. Shoes are generally good selection for small sizes but the great customer service in that department and clothing is horrible. Very sad because it was once the best.

Purchased a pair of allen edmonds… Purchased a pair of allen edmonds strandmok blue soles and clearly they are seconds. One heel is longer in length than the other shoe. Absolutely wrong for them to do buyers like this. Will not order ever again from them and recommend everyone beware .... u won't get new but a seconds shoe which they should state clearly.

Great Experience I ordered a dress online and it was a flawless experience. My order came quick and the dress was packaged professionally so It didn't have too many wrinkles. Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I brought it back to my nearest Nordstrom and was able to exchange it without any issue at all. Great experience! I'd definitely order again.

Excellent online and offline stores Excellent online and offline stores. Clothes are really great quality. My last purchase was UGG winter boots, I`ve been watching them on multiple websites but the cheapest promotion was on Nordstrom and I didn`t regret when I`ve got my order. The item was packed great, size was perfectly fine fits me and I`ve got original leather brand new UGG for $99! Nordstrom you are wonderful! Thank you so much!
