ESShocking customer service For some bizarre reason, after I had entered my address, my order was processed on an old address(!), how I don't know, so I immediately requested the address change. Apparently they couldn't do this but I could cancel my order, so I requested the order to be cancelled but apparently I was now too late to cancel it. So my order will be carried away to a different address never to be seen again along with my money and I have no way of stopping it apparently!

GBWhat happened to their Customer Service? Nordstrom has been my 'go to store' for many years. But recently, their women's clothing selection is too strange for me. And the clothes that are right for me, I can't afford. I never had this issue before but I believe the buyers have changed and the majority of NON- DESIGNER clothes are just-ugly. Shoes are generally good selection for small sizes but the great customer service in that department and clothing is horrible. Very sad because it was once the best.

GBBe advised ... Charge Card comes with Hidden Cost Be advised ... Nordstrom will offer an introductory savings percentage (say 10%) if you sign-up/use their card for your initial purchase and then not send you the initial bill (I was traveling so as there as no initial bill I didn't think about paying the first merchandise purchased and as stated there was no bill). Later I received a bill with interest and late charges ... unscrupulous (paid balance with unfair interest/late fee and cancelled the account). As stated be aware...

GBShipment never got delivered and… Shipment never got delivered and Nordstrom would not refund the $300 in merchandise. They told me next time to shop in the store or order online and pickup at the store. Terrible customer experience.

GBFRAUD! Unprofessional I received a $100 Nordstrom gift card from one of my students at Christmas, and I was saving it for a purse to buy in the spring- a tradition each Spring Break of mine. When I went to check out online on 3/31/24 on the Nordstrom website, I noticed a $0 balance just after scratching off the access code of my $100 gift card. I called Nordstrom Customer Service and gave them the card information, was told that this card was activated on 12/13/23 and used on 12/17/23- and she confirmed that it was fraud. What made this unfortunate situation so much worse, was that she did nothing to make it right- in her words, "These funds have been used, so there is nothing I can do." Nothing like Target several years ago who issued me a new gift card after confirming that a fraudulent charge was made on my Target gift card. The Nordstrom customer service rep confirmed that this was a fraudulent charge and went ahead to explain to me how the scammers get away with this. I personally think that doing nothing for the customer is irresponsible and unprofessional! Not to mention, I have a hunch that this must be an internal issue based on the numerous Trust Pilot reviews for Nordstrom that are similar. Nordstrom might as well be the new Walmart of department stores and I am no longer interested in being a customer of theirs. Side story- back in December, I ordered my son a pair of Ugg slippers on Nordstrom Rack online. What did I receive? A pair of women's boots- and when I tried to correct this, his size in the mens Ugg slipper was sold out by that point. What a mess this company is!
