I ordered D&G Light Blue Italian Zest I ordered D&G Light Blue Italian Zest. Your site indicated it was in stock. Several days later I received an email indicating my purchase price was being refunded without any explanation as to why! No other communication from you. Very poor customer service.

Order #2743 Order #2743. Ordered and confirmed March 31st, then refunded on April 1st. No communication as to why or if there is anything I can do. Product is still available online so it doesn't appear to be out of stock. Lost my current and future business and anyone who asks me about your store.

On time shipping On time shipping, but didn't notify me that my item was being delivered to my son. Also, was unable to indicate this as a gift, to be sent without invoice.

Order cancelled by store due to discount given Ordered expensive parfume on line and discount was given. Payed with pay pal and it was approved and paid - then ChiosNY cancelled my order. Called them to ask why and they said with the discount and free shipping they made no profit on the item, so they didn't want to sell it to me at that price. Will never do business with them again for sure!
