My order has been cancelled My order has been cancelled. The company’s advertised price for the item was lower then they actually were willing to sell this item for. I guess it was somebody’s mistake. Instead of honoring the price they advertised my purchase was cancelled.

Order cancelled by store due to discount given Ordered expensive parfume on line and discount was given. Payed with pay pal and it was approved and paid - then ChiosNY cancelled my order. Called them to ask why and they said with the discount and free shipping they made no profit on the item, so they didn't want to sell it to me at that price. Will never do business with them again for sure!

I have not received any communication I have not received any communication. I just got a notification from venmo that I got money back in my account. Am I too assume that my order has been canceled? It would be nice to know what exactly is going on....

Waited for my shipment and hadto call… Waited for my shipment and hadto call company to ask how much longer and I was told they ran out of product and were expecting a shipment BUT THE PRICE WOULD BE MUCH HIGHER!!!! NOT GOOD BUSINESS CUSTOMER CARE !

Second experience, same as the first. As with my first order, my second went through and it showed available on the website. A few days later, I was refunded because the item was not in stock. 2 different orders on 2 different days both with the same result.
