Order cancelled by store due to discount given Ordered expensive parfume on line and discount was given. Payed with pay pal and it was approved and paid - then ChiosNY cancelled my order. Called them to ask why and they said with the discount and free shipping they made no profit on the item, so they didn't want to sell it to me at that price. Will never do business with them again for sure!

Free delivery and Authentic I reviewed other comments and took a chance. Mostly, due to free delivery with text notice. The ordered was placed on Friday pm and delivered the following Friday to TN. Authentic product. Thanks

I ordered D&G Light Blue Italian Zest I ordered D&G Light Blue Italian Zest. Your site indicated it was in stock. Several days later I received an email indicating my purchase price was being refunded without any explanation as to why! No other communication from you. Very poor customer service.

Second experience, same as the first. As with my first order, my second went through and it showed available on the website. A few days later, I was refunded because the item was not in stock. 2 different orders on 2 different days both with the same result.
