GBNever received Placed my order (S-3356) early June. Received a couple of updates about delays due to Covid which is understanding. On August 3rd, I received a tracking order and notice that my order shipped. However, it is now end of September and no change in tracking order and no word from company. I’ve sent multiple emails for an update or a refund. No response. I was really looking forward to trying their products. I do see on their website they have not been taking any more orders to catch up on current orders despite what other reviews have stated.

GBI've been a customer for years I have been buying the Mocha Whip products for years, and it has not only really helped my sensitive skin. But also the flavors smell so amazing like dessert, and my skin stays moisturized for days. I no longer use lotion. I have always had a good experience with shipping from this company and customer service.

GBMaybe another time I ordered the product on June 1st. I received an email advising they were behind schedule 3 days later. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and after 1 week recieved a full refund. While I never got to try the product the company was always very responsive and professional when handling my concerns. They are not perfect but they are transparent.

GBPlease DO NOT BUY from this company Please do not buy from this company. It is not legit. They are scammers and thieves. They’ve stolen from hundreds of people for YEARS now by accepting orders but not fulfilling them. They had to delete their original Facebook page because of the backlash they were getting. They delete negative comments and posts on both Facebook and Instagram. I only received a refund after months and months of no response because I threatened legal action. They gave me a coupon code to use as well to retain me as a customer. After my anger calmed down, I decided to give them a second chance with the coupon code (many months later). They never fulfilled that order either.

GBGoodbye money I placed an order 3 months ago. Periodic updates were given saying COVID was impacting supply deliveries, that is understandable. But seeing other reviews it appears a similar story is happening. I received an email saying my order shipped 8/3 but after two weeks, nothing. No order, no tracking updates, nada. I reached out to the company to receive an email back on 8/18 from Jan saying she will update me by EOD...no such update was provided. I’ve followed up twice and not a peep. Instagram is private and now the website is completely gone. I don’t know what good it does now but if the company resurfaces, buyer beware!
