Product Never Came Ordered in June, got tracking in August, never received product and they haven’t responded to any outreach. At this point they’re basically a scam. ETA 1/20/21: after this review I sent one last email and FINALLY received a refund. It appears the company has gone out of business, even though none of their social media reflects that. So if you’re still waiting, reach out one last time for that refund!

Maybe another time I ordered the product on June 1st. I received an email advising they were behind schedule 3 days later. After 3 weeks I cancelled my order and after 1 week recieved a full refund. While I never got to try the product the company was always very responsive and professional when handling my concerns. They are not perfect but they are transparent.

They have yet to be transparent about what is happening with the company, which is very unprofessional. If you’re still thinking about placing an order after everyone’s reviews, please don’t.

I've been a customer for years I have been buying the Mocha Whip products for years, and it has not only really helped my sensitive skin. But also the flavors smell so amazing like dessert, and my skin stays moisturized for days. I no longer use lotion. I have always had a good experience with shipping from this company and customer service.

Never received Placed my order (S-3356) early June. Received a couple of updates about delays due to Covid which is understanding. On August 3rd, I received a tracking order and notice that my order shipped. However, it is now end of September and no change in tracking order and no word from company. I’ve sent multiple emails for an update or a refund. No response. I was really looking forward to trying their products. I do see on their website they have not been taking any more orders to catch up on current orders despite what other reviews have stated.
