Good products, competent service About ten years ago a friends suggested I stop buying ink at regular stores and use your company. I was a little cautious, at the time I didn't really trust online purchasing. (I still don't by the way). Nevertheless, I trust my friend and it turned out to be very good advice. I've purchased several cartridges every year from you since her tip. Every transaction was quick, the correct product delivered and the prices (with a coupon) is always low. I would and have recommended this company to others.

Better than OEM Having purchased a refill kit a few years back for an HP printer we had, I now have a Canon that needed ink. Great success from first experience so stayed with a company that I know the quality of their products. Never any issues with the ink or applicators. Excellent ink and expedient shipping.

Made good on a challenging situation I've ordered toner from these folks before and it works well, so when the opportunity presented to order some masks too - i added a quantity to my toner order. Unfortunately, though the entire order shipped the same day, it was held up and eventually lost at the changeover between carriers in my town. Not happy. I reached out and communicated with Sam a couple times while still in the delayed delivery phase, he checked and we agreed upon a date for me to wait, and when it became more likely the order was lost, Sam sent me a replacement order. The toner arrived on Monday (1 business day after we communicated) and the masks shortly after. I appreciate that Sam made the best of a challenging situation and came through.for me. Thanks Sam!

Good service, good price I ordered 2 black cartridges for my HP printer, Shipping was free during a special promotion, and they arrived within the week. When I put one in the printer I got a message it was incompatible. I called 123Refills, got a very polite fellow, who sent me an email with instructions . Followed simple directions and working great. Thanks for good service.

Worked like a charm. I have refilled cartridges before and found that this package of color and black inks worked very well. Appreciate the bottles themselves. Unlike the others I had purchased in the past at Staples, the bottles re-seal very well and neither leak nor do the caps disintegrate. Good prices too even with shipping!
