I've never had ink recognition problems… I've never had ink recognition problems from my Epson using refills, but 2 of the cartridges sent by 123refills failed despite every effort to resolve. I went on Chat, and Steve was outstanding. He upped the issue to the support team, and they will resolve my problem with new cartridges. Thanks 123!

A print head came with my cartridges I thought the cartridges I received were incompatible with my printer, but Steve immediately recognized the problem and pointed out that there was a print head included with my cartridges. I printed a test page while Steve was still with me, and it worked great! I was extremely happy that my problem was so easily solved by Steve!

Place an order and forgot to tick the box before sending for the discount code and free shipping. Sent an email and gave the code and asked if it would be accepted. Receive a reply from David Smith telling me he has issued a credit for the shipping and did apply the discounts. That is good service.

Overall good but printer still blinks error Well-priced, good shipping time, high quality toner--I don't notice any difference in print quality. Worked well right out of the box. The only issue is that the Canon printer still blinks 'error' and says 'check cartridge'. I understand this is because it is a refilled cartridge and not an official Canon one (at over 3x the price). Would be nice if the chip (or whatever) was reset so it didn't do that.

Simple and Easy I was skeptical at first, as I've had friends who had bad luck with refilling ink cartridges at Costco. The kit had everything needed and the instructions were simple. It was easy to do and the refilled cartridges work great! I definitely recommend saving the money you'd spend purchasing new ink cartridges and do it yourself.
