The “resort” was run down and severely overpriced. The listing was horribly deceptive. They didn’t respond to emails until the day before we checked out. The resort told me I didn’t book a king room with a balcony, even though I did. They said roompicks only sent over for a standard king with no balcony right next to US-1. They advertised a poolside tiki bar and ocean front bar as well as a beach. There is no beach, just a sand area surrounded by sea walls. The bars were only open for a few hours each on Thur-Sun and closed early half the time they were open. The resort charged everyone extra resort fees no matter who you booked through.

SCAM This is a company of scam artists that VRBO allows on their site. VRBO recently started allowing Hotels on their site and Roompicks is making a fortune upcharging this service. Do not purchase any listing associated with room picks. Just book through the hotel unless you want to pay double price. The customer service is TRASH!!!!! They don’t speak the language, leave you on hold and are RUDE!!!

This company misrepresented a hotel… This company misrepresented a hotel room in a rundown hotel on VRBO. It is a total lie. There is no reason for this to appear on VRBO but they do nothing about it. Beware of Roompicks masquerading as a VRBO. Shame on both companies!

Lack of Concern & Compassion for Safety Made a reservation at 1:38pm, contacted RoomPicks at 2:00pm to cancel reservation based on safety concerns for my 4 minor children and myself. Absolute lack of compassion, slow response, when they did respond they reiterated screenshots, and had flagrant disregard for policy to refund reservation costs. Rooms, reviews, and other concerns are rampant with this company scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Tons of Interested Renters! Roomspick is a great platform to advertise your room(s) for rent. Their website is very easy to use. I was able to manage the entire process from phone and upload the pictures in a snap. I also received a lot of interest extremely quickly. I encourage you to use Roomspick. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain.
