I was surprised at the number of messages I received, which was great. The notifications are clear and they do not send spam emails which I truly appreciate. The website itself is intuitive. If I ever need a roommate again I will be starting with roomspick.com

This company misrepresented a hotel… This company misrepresented a hotel room in a rundown hotel on VRBO. It is a total lie. There is no reason for this to appear on VRBO but they do nothing about it. Beware of Roompicks masquerading as a VRBO. Shame on both companies!

Lack of Concern & Compassion for Safety Made a reservation at 1:38pm, contacted RoomPicks at 2:00pm to cancel reservation based on safety concerns for my 4 minor children and myself. Absolute lack of compassion, slow response, when they did respond they reiterated screenshots, and had flagrant disregard for policy to refund reservation costs. Rooms, reviews, and other concerns are rampant with this company scamming people out of their hard earned money.

Roomspick is a great platform to find… Roomspick is a great platform to find suitable tenants for HMO properties and for a room in a house. The internal functions work well for agents and make the work much easier.

Total Scam… Double Books Total Scam… I booked a cabin in the woods and they DOUBLE BOOKED it… then asked me to “request a cancel my trip” so they could give me less money back. Total SCAM, do not book with them.
