The chair is well made and easy to assemble. The chair is well made and relatively easy to assemble. The instructions are straight forward and the video was very helpful. I did not realize that the button along the armrest allowed it to be raised/lowered. Its obvious but not stated in instructions. For my own comfort the headrest is a little too far forward from the back of the chair - it can tilt and go up or down but not forward or back a even a little.

Stay away from the fraudulent company. The worst experience with a company - I have placed an order with them on March 17th and their website says that the delivery would be within 5 to 7 days: when I check the status tracker, it shows the order is not even ready yet to be dispatched. Such a deceitful company - I only wish I checked the reviews before making the order:

No reply and No chair No reply and no chair. I ordered a chair from these guys over 2 weeks ago now and according to the shipping info on their website it has not shipped yet. I have attempted to make contact through various methods to no avail. Starting to think I've been ripped off. This is an unacceptable way for a buisness to operate. Update. Oddly enough after posting this review I received a response from Kerdom and my order was shipped at the same time. They said they were having warehouse issues. The chair arrived on april 1st well packaged and not damaged in anyway like a lot of reviews said. They also offered me a $25 refund for the inconvenience.

Good chair and customer service When I bought the chair they contacted me, because there was going to be a delay in delivery, they were always friendly and responded to emails, there was no problem, it arrived on time. The chair is fine, it reclines quite a lot, adjustable armrests, in general it's fine. As I said the best of all is the customer service a 10.
