ESDo not order I ordered a chair on march 10th and still dont have it. When I first contacted them one week later why it wasnt shipped yet they said they didnt have it in stock and the next day they would receive it. One week later they said 7 days more. Now I am trying to contact them but get no response at all I wish I had read the reviews before I would have never ordered from this store

GBBetter than the Box Store Chair by Far I purchased a chair from a box store, a gaming chair that looked and promised to be a replacement for a 10-year old ergonomic chair I could not replace as the company had gone out of business. The chair from the box store was a piece of junk. I searched online and found the Kerdom chair, read some reviews, watched a video and decided to make a purchase on Monday. Somehow the shipping address was incorrect. I texted the support number and received a reply immediately saying they would correct the shipping address. I sent an email as well, and the reply had the new shipping address noted on my order. The tracking information came quickly and two days later the chair was in my residence. Using a screw gun with an allen wrench bit, I assembled the chair in about 20 minutes. The quality of the parts is far superior to the box store chair. I had only one minor issue with one bolt not aligning with a hole while putting the base on the chair bottom, but I was able to re-align the bolt and hole. Other than that, the assembly went well, the chair sits well, moves well and I'm extremely pleased with the price I paid and the chair I have. Thank you Kerdom

GBDon't waste your time Don't waste your time! their product is uncomfortable with hard seats. there's no lumbar support and their service is just terrible. their website states their shipping is 2 to 3 business days.. that's a huge joke.. their shipping is over 3 weeks! terrible product, terrible service, long delivery times... save yourself the trouble! don't waste your time or money!

GBNo reply and No chair No reply and no chair. I ordered a chair from these guys over 2 weeks ago now and according to the shipping info on their website it has not shipped yet. I have attempted to make contact through various methods to no avail. Starting to think I've been ripped off. This is an unacceptable way for a buisness to operate. Update. Oddly enough after posting this review I received a response from Kerdom and my order was shipped at the same time. They said they were having warehouse issues. The chair arrived on april 1st well packaged and not damaged in anyway like a lot of reviews said. They also offered me a $25 refund for the inconvenience.

ESGood chair and customer service When I bought the chair they contacted me, because there was going to be a delay in delivery, they were always friendly and responded to emails, there was no problem, it arrived on time. The chair is fine, it reclines quite a lot, adjustable armrests, in general it's fine. As I said the best of all is the customer service a 10.
