2 bespoke cabinets Sent a drawing and instructions for 2 bespoke cabinets and the finished goods are perfect, just what we were looking for. So gets 5 stars. Ordering process could be better though. 1st order never got processed and we didn't know that until we chased our initial order. Need to work on keeping the customer up to date with how the order is progressing and when the final order will be delivered. Would use again.

I would have given more stars but I had to contact the company several times to find out about construction time and delivery dates. They did not return my calls unfortunately. Obviously it was delivered eventually and was all good.

Great company and very helpful Great company and very helpful. We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly. My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving. This by no means effects their service though.

Replacement keys ...........................nightmare? I wasn't too sure if I was able to obtain replacement filing cabinet keys, looking on any website was daunting with all the different options of keys. I went onto CS Storage website and whilst searching a chat box popped up. I was delighted to be able to explain what I was looking for and that they were able to understand my requirements! they provided me with the link/details to order the correct item. Order placed, before finalised I was contacted by email to clarify something, not being sure, I took a picture of the lock and hay presto, my replacement keys are on the way. CS Storage made my replacement key search & order simple and easy. Thank you!

Damaged Goods and Poor Service We are Day Service for Adults with learning disabilities that placed an order for a laptop charging tower for our service user tablets / I-pads. Upon receipt ends were covered up in cardboard and plastic. We signed for receipt and then unwrapped it to discovered a damaged corner (appears to been dropped). We reported the damage on day of the delivery with photos. It took a week for a response, and further 3 weeks to determine that the drivers photos do not cover the damaged area, but because the delivery note was signed, the factory can not determine it as damaged. We have been offered a replacement at cost price with £50 off. Poor in all aspects and I will not be recommending CS Storage Ltd to anyone.
