We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly. My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving. This by no means effects their service though.

What outstanding customer service. I ordered 2 keys to replace old staff lockers who had left and not returned keys. I ordered over internet and keys came next day. They didn't work so I contacted CS Storage almost immediate response of possibly locks had seized or wrong numbers given. Turned out I had given wrong numbers and offered me free replacement no questions. Fantastic service with very helpful staff :)

I placed an order for a replacement… I placed an order for a replacement locker key and heard nothing for a while. I then sent an email to the company but received no response. After waiting for almost 2 weeks I then rang the company to query this and was told they don’t actually do the key so I then requested a refund. I feel they should have contacted me once they knew they couldn’t provide the service and processed a refund straight away instead of waiting for me to contact them as I wonder if they wouldn’t have bothered had I not requested the refund.

Adequate for what it is. The small Elite Acid Cabinet meets our storage needs, but quality of construction is not great. Two rivets securing the top had sheared in transit, possibly because the shelf and sump were left free to move inside the cabinet. Rivet heads also leave inadequate clearance for positioning the shelf within the cabinet - a minor issue but one which makes the shelf a fiddle to install. Ordering and delivery was otherwise satisfactory and within the timescale indicated.

Great Customer Service After delivery we had an issue with fixing the archway locker together but thank you very much to Stuart Jardine for sorting this out for me, very much appreciated, he could not have been more helpful. I would also like to thank Roy MacGregor for helping me with my order and to your delightful and helpful Yvonne Biggs on Customer Service. Our Ladies Locker Room looks fabulous after our refurbishment and your modern lockers finish it off perfectly.
