GBFantastic service for replacement keys I ordered a replacement locker key (to replace an original that snapped off) from Csstorage. It arrived in the next day's post. I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect key number (my fault). I telephoned them, it was answered promptly, and explained what happened to ensure that my next order would be correct. David, of Csstorage, asked me to send them a photo of the broken key. They kindly and unexpectedly sent me the appropriate key at no extra cost to me. Fantastic service indeed.

GBWhat outstanding customer service. I ordered 2 keys to replace old staff lockers who had left and not returned keys. I ordered over internet and keys came next day. They didn't work so I contacted CS Storage almost immediate response of possibly locks had seized or wrong numbers given. Turned out I had given wrong numbers and offered me free replacement no questions. Fantastic service with very helpful staff :)

GBGreat Customer Service After delivery we had an issue with fixing the archway locker together but thank you very much to Stuart Jardine for sorting this out for me, very much appreciated, he could not have been more helpful. I would also like to thank Roy MacGregor for helping me with my order and to your delightful and helpful Yvonne Biggs on Customer Service. Our Ladies Locker Room looks fabulous after our refurbishment and your modern lockers finish it off perfectly. GBBrilliant service from the guys on live… Brilliant service from the guys on live chat. Bit of a hiccup with delivery of numbering labels and follow up emails but again the live chat team saved the day! Will certainly go back if we need more lockers!

GBDamaged Goods and Poor Service We are Day Service for Adults with learning disabilities that placed an order for a laptop charging tower for our service user tablets / I-pads. Upon receipt ends were covered up in cardboard and plastic. We signed for receipt and then unwrapped it to discovered a damaged corner (appears to been dropped). We reported the damage on day of the delivery with photos. It took a week for a response, and further 3 weeks to determine that the drivers photos do not cover the damaged area, but because the delivery note was signed, the factory can not determine it as damaged. We have been offered a replacement at cost price with £50 off. Poor in all aspects and I will not be recommending CS Storage Ltd to anyone.
