GBDamaged Goods and Poor Service We are Day Service for Adults with learning disabilities that placed an order for a laptop charging tower for our service user tablets / I-pads. Upon receipt ends were covered up in cardboard and plastic. We signed for receipt and then unwrapped it to discovered a damaged corner (appears to been dropped). We reported the damage on day of the delivery with photos. It took a week for a response, and further 3 weeks to determine that the drivers photos do not cover the damaged area, but because the delivery note was signed, the factory can not determine it as damaged. We have been offered a replacement at cost price with £50 off. Poor in all aspects and I will not be recommending CS Storage Ltd to anyone.

GBFirstly I must say that I love the… Firstly I must say that I love the vintage locker. It looks amazing! I would have given more stars but I had to contact the company several times to find out about construction time and delivery dates. They did not return my calls unfortunately. Obviously it was delivered eventually and was all good.

GBExcellent Service We ordered a number of anti bac units for our school to assist with additional hygiene requirements required under Covid Secure guidance. The units were quickly designed as we wanted them, and within 5 days from ordering they had arrived. Strong, sturdy units, that our children with special needs can easily use.

GBGreat company and very helpful Great company and very helpful. We sourced our charging lockers for company phones from this company, Josh who I dealt with was on hand and answered all questions promptly. My only small issue was not being told of delivery, which is fine as they arrived early but would have been handy to know they were arriving. This by no means effects their service though.

GBFantastic service for replacement keys I ordered a replacement locker key (to replace an original that snapped off) from Csstorage. It arrived in the next day's post. I discovered that I had mistakenly ordered the incorrect key number (my fault). I telephoned them, it was answered promptly, and explained what happened to ensure that my next order would be correct. David, of Csstorage, asked me to send them a photo of the broken key. They kindly and unexpectedly sent me the appropriate key at no extra cost to me. Fantastic service indeed.
