Excellent Customer Service I liked the chair and I thought it was well made for my size at least. I'm 5'2" and 128 pounds. Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. They responded to my questions almost immediately by email and promptly gave me all the information I needed. Excellent customer service!

Chair and customer service is great Chair and customer service is great. FedEx had a bad label on shipping and chair got returned mid way upon contacting customer service shipped another chair right away and were very courteous. Hoping to use it for years to come.

Ordered TWO chairs Ordered TWO chairs. ONLY one arrived and was very late from original date. NO notification or messages from Hinomi as to why only one arrived. TO make it worse they have NO phone number to contact. ANY company that is afraid to offer phone support is questionable.

Very good back support chair It's a great chair, and the seller's just as awesome! We bought a second chair for my husband not long after and we're planning to get another one. Here's hoping the seller offers a loyalty discount or throws in a little something extra for buying multiple chairs.
