Good and comfortable For the chair itself, all good and comfortable. Installation is simple. Chair is adjustable to accommodate different posture. Sturdy (heavy) yet easy to move around. The difference is obvious when you sit on the chair that cannot be adjusted. When I work in office I would really miss this chair (in my house) so much, working from home is so much more comfortable now. Minus 1 star because of the shipping delay due to out of stock, then finally managed to get a staff to really fix a delivery date and make sure delivery is done.

Top notch support I had an issue with the back support being stuck in the most reclined position. In under 12 hours I had a description of the fix along with a video link to the exact spot in the video that explains it in detail. The fix worked a charm. Top class support team!
