Very good back support chair It's a great chair, and the seller's just as awesome! We bought a second chair for my husband not long after and we're planning to get another one. Here's hoping the seller offers a loyalty discount or throws in a little something extra for buying multiple chairs.

Fantastic customer service! I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.

Excellent Customer Service I liked the chair and I thought it was well made for my size at least. I'm 5'2" and 128 pounds. Although the chair didn't suit my needs well, the service and responses from Hinomi were excellent. They responded to my questions almost immediately by email and promptly gave me all the information I needed. Excellent customer service!

Awesome product and company When you buy something like expensive office equipment, it’s not just an investment in a product that you will use almost everyday, but also in the company that makes it. 10/10 return policy and customer service The chair wasn’t for me. But customer service was fantastic at returning. 30 day policy gave me plenty of time to really try it out and see if I could adjust. If you’re even considering the purchase, try it knowing this company has your back either way.
