GBFantastic customer service! I had an issue with the seat of a chair I had for only 4 months. While not technically covered under the warranty, Hinomi went out of their way to make the situation right. A replacement was sent along with instructions on how to remove and replace the seat. All during the process Hinomi was in contact to make sure any issues I had were addressed.

GBExcellent Ergonomic Chair Very good chair. I have taken on star off my rating because it is just so time consuming to get the right adjustment … but maybe that is simply a sign of how flexible the chair is. I just have to make sure that my wife does not try to sit on it and ruin my adjustments….

GB10/10 return policy and customer service The chair wasn’t for me. But customer service was fantastic at returning. 30 day policy gave me plenty of time to really try it out and see if I could adjust. If you’re even considering the purchase, try it knowing this company has your back either way.
