Always a 5 star experience Always a 5 star experience. Very friendly team from the call center to the service tech. Removed vomit from our carpet and rug and didn’t charge anything extra. Call center was very flexible with us on pricing. The whole job of three rooms and a rug was 35 mins from start to finish! I will continue to call Zerorez when we need carpets cleaned.

I cannot believe how amazing my carpets… I cannot believe how amazing my carpets look! Zerorez was on time, called me 30 minutes before they arrived and were in and out in an hour! Ben was extremely professional and transparent, and did a great job! I will absolutely be making this an annual event.

Our technician was Anthony. He called when he was on the way to our address. He was courteous and respectful Making an appointment over the phone was quick and easy. I was given an estimate and there were no surprises when I received the invoice. My carpet was cleaned in a timely manner but it's not quite dry yet so I can't speak to the the efficacy of the process yet. So far, it looks good and smells much better than it did before. I don't foresee any issues.
