Getting our living room and dining area cleaned in early December is something we have done every year by Zerorez. No chemicals, clean carpets, prompt service, fair pricing...what else can you ask for?

Always a 5 star experience Always a 5 star experience. Very friendly team from the call center to the service tech. Removed vomit from our carpet and rug and didn’t charge anything extra. Call center was very flexible with us on pricing. The whole job of three rooms and a rug was 35 mins from start to finish! I will continue to call Zerorez when we need carpets cleaned.

Good stuff I don't remember the name of the technician but he was very professional. He was on time and got out some stains that I assumed couldn't be removed. Also, he asked me to review the work so he could address any issues before putting away the equipment. Scheduling was not an issue. I contacted them on Thursday and they were here Saturday. I would definitely hire them again. Hopefully I'd get the same tech.
