Anthony and Zerorez are Amazing Anthony was Awesome and Amazing. He worked extremely hard on several stubborn stains and made the carpet look fresh and new. Anthony is very professional, nice, kind, courteous, promp, and a great educator on carpet issues. This is the 2nd time Anthony has cleaned our carpet and each time has been Amazing. Always a 5 star experience Always a 5 star experience. Very friendly team from the call center to the service tech. Removed vomit from our carpet and rug and didn’t charge anything extra. Call center was very flexible with us on pricing. The whole job of three rooms and a rug was 35 mins from start to finish! I will continue to call Zerorez when we need carpets cleaned.
