Also gave us his honest opinion regarding and area rug we were considering getting cleaned too, but decided not do get it done at this time. We still need the carpet to dry, but doing the final walk through everything looked good!

Good stuff I don't remember the name of the technician but he was very professional. He was on time and got out some stains that I assumed couldn't be removed. Also, he asked me to review the work so he could address any issues before putting away the equipment. Scheduling was not an issue. I contacted them on Thursday and they were here Saturday. I would definitely hire them again. Hopefully I'd get the same tech.
